What is Hypnosis and Cognitive Behaviour Coaching?

How do I know if I need a Hypnotist/CBC coach?

Hi, I'm Janice

I am a Certified Hypnotist, Health Coach and Behaviour Specialist. My passion for life long learning has been part of my coaching practice since 2001 when I started teaching fitness classes after receiving my Black Belt in Karate and getting my personal training certification.

In 2006 I went back to school for a post grad in Autism and Behavioural Science and starting working in hospitals, schools, treatment centres and group homes.

In 2018 I was introduced to the power of Hypnosis by Mike Mandel and Chris Thompson (Canada) and since then have received training from Melissa Tiers (New York, USA) and Karl Smith (United Kingdom).

Hypnosis and Cognitive Behaviour Coaching are powerful methods of change and I look forward to exploring your individual practice and change work with you.
